A good cultural read but I haven’t seen Snowpiercer yet, so I figured it would be a good thing to read the graphic novel before. Sadly, the next 2 volumes were done by a different artist and the tone just completely changed.

We never really saw the last carriages of the Snowpiercer. Dec 25, Anna rated it really liked it Shelves: Suffice it to say, I found it involving and worthy of top quality dystopian fiction. It was thanks to the trailer for the film to be called Snowpiercer en anglais that Trnasperceneige discovered its existence.
I would beware the movie, if you haven’t read the book first, because they are very different and it is better to regard the book as the original which it is. Proloff does replace Forrester as Olga’s guardian, but realizes that the virus has killed everyone else on board and that his own days are numbered as the train cannot run forever. After warning Belleau’s friends, Belleau and Proloff flee to the front of the train, pursued by the military. The irony is that the winter is going up it’s own end It was dark but I’m curious to see what will happen next.
Tantissimi in questo senso i paragoni. The characters were interesting, although there weren’t enough women.
This story is rare This post-apocalyptic premise is strikingly evoked by the monochrome art, which gets darker as the book progresses. We saw a lack of space, transpercendige dar Uhm Or maybe shock value. Il disastro ha colpito la terra, i sopravvissuti viaggiano, in loop, su un treno che viaggia velocemente su binari il cui tragitto non fa che tracciare un percorso in un desolato paesaggio ghiacciato.
Overall, it was an interesting dystopian read because of the setting the last survivors in a train, travelling a frozen worldbut the stories were kind of depressing and too much heavy on the political side.
